Tignes Val d’Isere Snow Report & Weather Forecast – 19.12.15

Meteo Mike Snow Reports Tignes Val d'IsereBy Meteo Mike

Sunday will be warm and sunny across the Espace Killy, but it will deteriorate a bit on Monday with the chance of a few showers in the morning – if they arrive the snow level will be about 2100m. The sun returns on Tuesday and it will herald a return to the tropical temperatures of late. The rest of the week looks like sunny periods and just a bit cooler.

For those travelling by air tomorrow – the whole of the UK looks showery and sometimes very wet. Over here, Lyon and Grenoble look fine for flying though there is a slim chance of early fog patches before the first guys land. Geneva on the other hand is forecasting pea soup and, as the fog has not cleared yet today (lunchtime), this looks like a good bet. So expect delays into and out of Geneva for a good part of the day.
